A typical skinny lot in New Orleans.......... A friend ask me to design a condo facility for his family to occupy and have a few left over to sell to friends.......
A friend owns a rundown auto body shop at the edge of town.... which is now a thriving area.......... so, a make-over was in order.... I generally don't do this type of work, but, again Lil Freddie is a general contractor and I have a hard time telling him "no"...............
The mixed bag........... a collection of projects some of which were built and some just fell by the wayside for any number of reasons...........
Hurricane Katrina stripped the lakefront in New Orleans clean at Westend.... A friend had a business here before the storm and wants to get back into the business......... so, a little bar shack.....
