A R C H I T E C T U R E ... Simplicity in DETAIL is an artform.............
This is a market I have stayed far away from....... If it were not for my son being a general contractor I would not be involved in living environments. This market is rapidly changing, i.e., no longer is a nail gun a good investment when a robot does the same work without all the headaches, elimination of job-site labor is key to a successful residential construction project, prefabricated living environments are essential to providing housing now and in the future.......... I have included several "Friends" links on the Home Page so you can get a feel for alternative energy sources and technological information regarding site specific energy development and production. There are also several links to companies which manufacture prefabricated modules to incorporate into the new living environment. Most of the modules can be project specific, i.e., your architect can send the design for a kitchen and/or bathroom to have it constructed exactly as required and designed to fit nicely into the construction. There are numerous companies scattered around the US which specialize in prefabrication of wall panels and roof panels which can easily be set in place at the construction site in a few days to completely define the space(s) of the environment. Don't get trapped into purchasing just any ole' prefab....... most companies charge an excessive amount for their product...... you can easily do this yourself without much effort simply by going direct to a panelization company, the module (kitchen and bath) companies. You may need a general contractor to assemble the pieces and place the foundation. Let's be clear on this.... when I say panelized construction.... I am not talking about SIP panels.... I never use SIPs for anything.......
